Soprano Elizabeth Perry holds a BM ’20 and an MM ’22 from the Manhattan School of Music, where she has been a long-time student of Mignon Dunn. Perry is a past winner of the Savell Vocal Competition, 2nd place winner of the Orpheus competition, 3rd place in the Beethoven Club Competition, and a finalist in the Classical Singer Competition. Past roles include The Tenderland (Laurie Moss), Le nozze di Figaro (Marcellina Cover), Die Zauberflöte (First Lady), Amahl and the Night visitors (Mother), Massenet’s Cendrillon (Spirit). Other roles include scenes from Viardot’s Cendrillon (Maguelonne), Britten’s The Rape of Lucretia (Female Chorus),Orpheo ed Euridice (Euridice), The Crucible (Martha Sheldon), as well as ensemble in La Traviata and Les Pêcheurs de Perles, and Leoncavallo’s La Boheme.
Elizabeth maintains an active voice studio, and continues to work around the New York metropolitan area.
